Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka is a British-American musician and sitarist. She was the very first and youngest female to be awarded a British House of Commons Award. Anoushka is the new star on the rise in Indian sitar. She is a scholar and granddaughter of legendary Ravi Shankar. She was born in 1982 in London. Her childhood years were split between London in London and New Delhi.
